I’m finishing up Week 7 of the Results Fitness 8-Week Challenge, which is PR test week—and the results have been incredible. I haven’t lifted this much weight since college nearly 25 years ago. Results Fitness is a great place to go if you want to feel stronger overall and maybe geek out a little about muscle tissue, range of motion, joint lubrication, and control. The Isophit program might seem benign and passive at first, but I found it to be a powerful introduction and tool for gaining strength and of course, you get out of it what you put into the holds.
