I have been going to Results for over a year now doing twice a week sessions on the Isophit and I really enjoy it. The trainers are very knowledgeable and lovely to work with. I feel much stronger since I started going and if I miss a session, I really miss it! Highly recommend

The staff all genuinely care about your progress. And they take care to watch your form closely. It’s an amazing place, that we look forward to visiting three times a week. Even better, we’ve become friends. I cannot say enough good things.

The exclusive Isophit training at Results has been amazing! My doctor cannot believe my health changes. Most notably, my bone density has increased significantly. I no longer have osteoporosis in my hip! I’m aging backwards!
