I'm a little torn on because Dr. Ronald Lanzara seems like a good chiropractic provider. But the office is run overscheduled and the support staff needs work on their people skills. When I asked to schedule my second appt, I was told there were no openings for 2 weeks. At that 2nd appt, I waited for 45 min with no explanation as to why things were behind. I've been a patient of Dr Ron's for over 20 years and find his gentle style highly effective. He earned my full trust when he convinced me that chiropractic adjustment would help to reduce various back issues during pregnancy, and my experience with him during that period was anything but positive.
