My daughter was being bullied at school and told me she was afraid of standing up for herself. I knew she needed help to overcome her fear. We went to results fitness the same evening and they had an open slot that night!! I have to say, after one lesson, I saw an immediate change in her confidence, she didn’t cower she stood up for herself and doesn’t fear going to school. Where do I even begin! Coach Joe is such an amazing coach. My son Joseph (7 years old) looks forward to training with coach Joe every week. Coach Joe knows just how to push him enough, keeps him engaged, focused, and keeps it fun for him all at the same time! He is a super friendly, caring and truly has a passion for boxing.
