I don’t think they cut ethnic hair... I’ve been trying to get an appointment here for YEARS, & they will not reply to me when i’ve repeatedly asked who cuts curly hair. Not very good customer service when you haven't even gotten through the door yet. Would have loved to support a small local business but I can’t help but feel that they don't want my type of hair there, perhaps for lack of knowledge in how to cut it. I scheduled a haircut for me and my two sons for yesterday. I received a call from Lauren yesterday asking if she could reschedule for today. I rearranged my entire world schedule to accommodate her request. When I arrived with my kids I was told that Lauren's appointment after me had already arrived and Lauren was working on his hair. The receptionist rudely told me that, "she had already made an exception to fit you in today and because she is cutting someone else's hair she doesn't have time to cut yours. I had such a wonderful experience. All of the ladies there were so sweet and created such an enjoyable environment. Trisha did my hair and it turned out better than I ever imagined. I left flipping my hair hair and checking myself out in every reflective surface I saw for the rest of the day! The prices were extremely reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about my visit!
This is the only place my daughter and I go. They always are super friendly and do the most amazing job!
