The owner isn’t responsive to calls and is really defensive about the issue. There was also a ton of Protected Health Information lying around the front desk, dozens of charts exposed. When asked if they were cleaning house or had a project, the answer was no. Healthcare 101, keep your files clean and out of sight to front desk customers and own up when service is lacking. Don’t project just because your business is lacking.
No longer giving quality service. 😢 I started back using their services, and the prices went up tremendously. But, because I was a repeat customer, they offered me a discount, which was still more than the original price. I had my first appointment, and for whatever reason, they did not reschedule me. I usually go once a month. I called after my month was up to do a walk in and was told by the owner that the product was out of stock and would be in on that Monday, and he would ship it to me.
