Great fantastic service! Everyone here is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Five stars for RestoreDOC!!!
The owner isn’t responsive to calls and is really defensive about the issue. There was also a ton of Protected Health Information lying around the front desk, dozens of charts exposed. When asked if they were cleaning house or had a project, the answer was no. Healthcare 101, keep your files clean and out of sight to front desk customers and own up when service is lacking. Don’t project just because your business is lacking.
