It is matter of time for the director of this practice Katherine Mooney to be sanctioned by her regulatory body, she likes to submit fraudulent papers to insurance companies, she got investigated by police years ago, however she put the blame on one of her staff members. She also never works properly or cares about a file, as she says she is sick all the time, she just wants money.
My personal counsellor, Lisa was excellent and our marriage counsellor, Steph charges us $220 for our first missed appointment when my husband and I weee apart work and struggling to login virtually.
I am really happy with my therapist at Restored Wellness and I always look forward to my appointments. It can take a few tries to find the right person but it is worth the wait and the website has really great bios on all the therapists to help you find the right one for you. It took me 3 tries to find the right one for me but once I did they helped me through the hardest year of my life & I am so grateful for that. They offer direct billing to certain insurance companies and their booking system is really easy to use.
