I was so so so disappointed. First, let me say the place was actually a little dirty. I arrived on time and was quickly seated. I was given a brush and asked to brush my own hair. That in itself was already a bad experience...then the bush she gave me had a lot of other clients hair on it... I pulled it out before brushing my hair . I showed the stylist an exact Pic of the color I wanted and she decided that highlights would be better...I made it clear that highlights is not what I wanted. Only positive energy in this place! My hair was a hot mess from bad, bad, bad color from a nearby salon. Christie was able to restore my color and hair. If you're looking for a salon this is it!
Jerilynn was very sweet and did a fantastic job on my haircut!
Everyone was very friendly!
