Extremely long wait (50 minutes past appt time) for 3 minutes of time with the dentist. Not what I expected or hoped for.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! You will not be treated with RESPECT!!!! I asked for my records after I was no longer a patient there and was charged without being told I would be charged. I had a $27 credit on my account unbeknown to me and conveniently that is what I was charged to wipe out the credit I had. This is theft. I only found out AFTER I asked for a full ledger for my records. I told them I would be filing a complaint with the Oklahoma Dental Board (which I did) and they (the office) sent me back some rule saying t... read more
Schedule appointment was fast, all staff was very friendly and addressed all my concerns. Am very pleased with my experience.
