Roof was done back in September but I wanted to wait for a good rain before reviewing. I felt like I got a good price, they answered all my questions (very personable), the work was scheduled quickly after accepting the quote, and the roof was done in a day. The guys you negotiate with don’t do the actual work, but they did stop by to make sure the work was going well and they came back the next morning to do a second pass for nails and be sure everything was done to my liking. They did the impossible. Replaced my entire roof from the inside out. What started out as a hail claim turned into a rebuild of a 100 year old roof. It took 11 months to get insurance approval. No contractor would touch it. There were engineering reports to deal with and get approved. Tim Stewart was patient, attentive and highly skilled and only with his patience and expertise were we able to replace the roof and the shingles. The actual work took only a week.
