After a fairly invasive synovial cyst removal and fusion at the L4/L5 level in April, I was left with a significant nerve injury in my right leg (the opposite side from where my pains as before the surgery), as well as the usual issues that result from spine surgery. I was beyond frustrated, but thanks to Restore PT and their skilled staff, I am about 90% back to full function. Yesterday I fell down hard on my left side. I could barely walk. Since I work at Restore I called Kim and she had just had a spot open up. I went in and when Kim worked on my back I could literally feel everything fall back into place. I was still walking gingerly when I left there but by last night I was 85% better but a little worried about how I would feel in the morning, that I would be stiff and sore, I can't even tell that I ever fell!!!
