Restore Master was a great company to work with! Each employee that we dealt with was both knowledgeable and professional. The communication was done in a timely manner with providing updates on each process that needed to be completed.
Bashkim was professional and punctual, he is every knowledgeable of water restoration, he answer all of my questions I asked him about the restoration..I would like to recommend to anyone who want to get a job done.
UPDATE- just so potential customers are aware…the owner contacted me after my review posted and offered to take care of my total balance in exchange for taking down my review. I declined the offer. Just felt I should make people aware of the integrity of the company. Makes you wonder how many reviews have been removed or changed with that offer. Bob Bashkim Maloku and crew had a very fast response to a flooding from upstairs toilet. The crew was out within 2 hours, determined the extent of water damage to the flooring upstairs and downstairs ceiling and carpet. The crew did an awesome job removing the damaged flooring and cleaning up afterwards. Bob was very communicative with what needed to happen to restore and replace the damage.
