We had a water leak in our kitchen. Joe came out with a mitigation team and they were so helpful and wonderful. Joe has also helped me to understand the process way above the call of duty. This company is top of the line, and you should feel very fortunate if Joe comes to help, because he is very compassionate and helpful.

I contacted Restore Masters for a mold removal estimate, and the scheduler promptly arranged for a representative to visit my home within the hour. Joe arrived and demonstrated extensive knowledge, conducting a thorough inspection with a thermal scanner. After evaluating the scene, he presented several options without attempting to oversell services, instead clearly explaining his recommended approach.
