I usually have soreness in my legs for a day or two after a race. I ran on Saturday and immediately went in for compression and CRYO afterwards and the next day I felt no soreness. AWESOME experience!

What a cool place! I love the look & feel of the location, as well as the friendliness of the staff! So many wonderful services offered with lots of benefits. I recommend contacting them asap or go in to check them out! I have already done the full body cryotherapy & the Classic iv drip!
