RecommendedMy first try at whole body cryotherapy. Wasn’t sure if I could handle the cold temps but, the technician was super friendly and very informative. She explained everything during the session and it was over before I knew it.

Kate Abby and Michelle were awesome! I learned a lot I didn’t know about nutrition from Abby, Michelle was very engaging and Kate was an absolute sweetheart! I was expecting to feel amazing from the IV experience but they made the whole thing an experience and yes we felt amazing afterward! TWO THUMBS UP! 👍
