Avery is a truly a customer service professional. A much needed breath of fresh air in Austin’s sea of bad customer service. Her and Giselle really take care of us every time. Will come back just for them.
I came in during my work visit with a friend. He let me use his guest pass! Avery greeted me upon arrival and went out of her way to help me get some time in the red light sauna even though the slots were not open online they were able to get me 30 mins. It was really a nice gesture. The customer service was exceptional from all three employees. Avery took care of me , was so kind and made me feel very comfortable!!
I drove 30 min in morning traffic just to be asked if I got a message from someone (that was sent this morning) about more clearance for the services. Something that could have been communicated the previous day when I talked to someone on the phone. Waste of time, gas and parking. There was also no empathy for my clear inconvenience. This was my first time. I was told a nurse wouldn’t be in til 11 and my appt was set for 10. What a first impression this was!
The atmosphere and staff at Mueller are consistently amazing. Super friendly and go out of their way to accommodate. I’ve visited them multiple times for IVs, and I always feel rejuvenated afterward. If you’re feeling rundown and need a boost, I highly recommend trying IVs if you never have. They also offer a wide range of other services. I’ve tried the Cryo and red light and I highly recommend doing those too. :)
