Service is top tier coming from a person who never invested in their health
Charging credit card for services they do not later honour, without communicating explicitly that the services you rightfully pay a fee for EXPIRE (although I was told it is in the fine print of their 10 page membership agreement -- so read carefully). A simple decision posed to the "manager" to allow the use of a couple credits for a 15 min red-light session (rightfully paid for) and keep client in future or petulantly refuse and lose a client and all future income plus referrals.
