I recently had a facial and overall it was a great experience. The space was clean and peaceful, and the esthetician was professional and friendly. They offer great services but I feel like the prep for hyperbaric oxygen therapy could be much better. There was sharp ear pain during the pressurization and the worker just said “hold on it will be just one more minute until it is better.” I have my own hbot chamber now and know that the pain was at a dangerous level. Like eardrum rupturing type level. The worker also forgot I was in the chamber lol so I had to remind her after 90 minutes.
