Restore was developed by fitness and martial arts professionals who realized that strength and conditioning were only parts of a larger puzzle. Mobility, agility, coordination and flexibility are the missing pieces. We combined the best of interval training with mixed martial arts conditioning to do more than get you in shape.

Restore Fitness is a great place to get a good workout. If you have a hard time finding the motivation to work out on your own, their group classes will definitely get you moving. There are classes to suit a variety of schedules, and they change the workout routines on a regular basis. The staff and other class members are friendly and fun to work out with.
Friendly people, clean facility, very enjoyable workout that does more than weights. Would highly recommend to anyone at any fitness/ experience level.
So much fun! I enjoy the music, the workout and the people. Instead of being sore, I feel like I can move better after. Highly recommend!
Restore Fitness is the spot! The trainers will push you to new limits and motivate you to become the best version of yourself!! I love the high intensity workouts with the martial arts combinations, they make me feel so proud of myself when class is over. If you are ever in the area don't hesitate to stop by for one of their complimentary classes, it's the best investment you can do for your health. Special shout out to Sifu Dennis Wood for always maintaining a good atmosphere during class and sense of community. :)
