I just had an excellent first visit! The staff was incredibly welcoming and super informative, making me feel right at home. I had an exhilarating experience with cryotherapy and leg compression therapy—what a game-changer! I was so impressed that I ended up buying a package and can’t wait to go back again and again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a revitalizing experience!
I am writing to complain about my experience at the Arbor Trails location on March 10, 2025, and about misleading membership practices and failed IV incident. IV Incident: Around 3:00 PM, I arrived for a scheduled IV treatment (using four expiring credits). The nurse unsuccessfully attempted two punctures on my left arm, causing discomfort. Restore Wellness center is my bedrock for restoring my health from infrared saunas, to anti-inflammation and detox IVs. Love the membership program. Also, Sonia the RN is a great resource and super knowledgable. A+
Excellent service, I came in for a red light therapy while I was traveling for work and the staff was so welcoming and got me in and out quickly.
Great, friendly , knowledgeable staff! Facility is clean and well maintained. All of the equipment is top notch! Drip IVs are great. Whole body cryo is a must.
