I love to volunteer at Habitat ReStore! This is a worthy cause and all profits from donated items go directly towards new building construction or rehabbing existing homes for those community members with lower incomes in need of decent housing for their families and themselves. You can also volunteer at Habitat for Humanity (located in the same building as ReStore) to help in the building construction or rehab of those homes that will ultimately be bought by fellow community members.
