I won't be back. I called see if they still had a tool box that they were showing on Fb. She acted like she couldn't be bothered. Said I had to come in in person. OK. So that drive over 30 minutes and no one seems like they care about customer service. And the tool box of m looking for a s not avail. Sold two days ago. I'm not happy. This is strike one. One more and I will never be back. Also, watch the prices. Saw some things that were not a bargain.

Scott sorry you experienced a communication error. We could have told you make model and serial number over the phone as the toolbox was being sold and rung up on the cash register. This was your first experience with ReStore. You will learn our moto "miss a day, miss a deal" ! We have fun, customers have fun. The only thing anyone takes serious is building home for families in Washington County! We do care!
We have gotten great deals on so many things there for our home reno projects and always great deals on brand new items. Best habitat store out of the bunch.
We've been repairing our house from a substantial fire and almost all of our materials have come from ReStore. Very little have we had to buy new. Mostly just the omg I need this specific part right now to finish this one spot. Shopping at ReStore for our repair needs has allowed us to upgrade the entire house to hard wood flooring, replace all the windows and 2 of those being substantial upgrades, redo all the doors, plumbing, everything and in almost every case it has been an upgrade to what was damaged. I had been following the store on Facebook and all the great pictures they post. I thought the store would be huge, it's not as big as it looks with all the pictures. I thought the prices were very high for mostly used stuff. For example, door stops at lowes are $1.64 and at the habitat store $2.00 - big difference for a little piece of hardware.

Stephanie, we're sorry that you visited us and felt our prices were too high. We try to look up every item and sell it for half of normal retail pricing if it's new. Unfortunately you obviously found something that we made a mistake on. Please don't hold that against us!!
