Texted repeatedly in short hand. 0 phone calls to even speak with potential client. Never sent intake email. Lied about sending me messages. A week later after I call community care and ask for someone else I haven’t even been Indic for intake they send me someone else. Unethical, manipulative, felt it was my duty to convince insurance to pay her when she wasn't doing the paperwork correctly, convinced me to make payments above my copay and wouldn't reimburse me when my insurance company did pay her so she was essentially overpaid. Crossed a lot of boundaries and cemented for me the trauma of abuse of power.
Called to ask questions and was met with someone very hostile over the phone. I have never come across this and I have worked in MH for over a decade now. This person sounds as though they should not be interacting with potential clients.
