Shannon is actually magic ✨ I had been having neck pain for about a week from a particularly intense roller derby practice. I had tried to stretch and work it out on my own without success. Shannon literally fixed it in 30 minutes! I am so grateful for her because I traveled from NC to Knoxville for a derby bout and she was able to fit me into the schedule last minute. I was able to play derby without neck pain and I'm even still feeling great after the bout! Thank you Shannon 🧡

I have seen Shannon multiple times for a relaxation massage, and it’s so amazing I never even think about going anywhere else! She is so sweet and really knows what she’s doing. I feel like a new person every time I leave after one of her massages! I am so grateful to have found her.

I have seen Shannon for traditional massage, thai massage, and cupping therapy. She is fantastic at everything. I like that at each visit, we can customise that session to what I need as my job is demanding. And her office downtown has its own parking lot. Ha! I cant recommend her enough!

This was definitely the best massage I’ve ever had. She was very knowledgeable about what my body needed and I love all of the different techniques she offers. Highly recommend Shannon!!
