I had 2 appointments. I was called back in a 20-30 min span,told the counselor I had an appointment with had misplaced my info. I had buried my sister the day before and rescheduled to be with family rather than wait. On 2nd visit after waiting 1hr 15min, I told receptionist I was leaving,she apologized (I'm she felt bad but not her fault) My counselor had misplaced paperwork again. I don't plan to return

I think that everyone should be made aware of how unstable this business operates. First of all, I used to see a a great therapist who told me she was leaving because of "ethical issues going on in the facility" and since she has been gone, I've been tossed around to 3 different therapist. I've had to suppress all of my pain and no one has actually helped me. They just apologize for the inconvenience.
