Put in the wrong size shower and took six times to get it not to leak. Took a job that should not have even taken six weeks and made it take six months. Won’t admit their mistake of the shower measurements insisting that it’s right. Really should change the name of the company to Lowmark or Can’t Hit the Mark.

The kitchen sink overflowed on Christmas Eve and caused water damage on our wood floors and downstairs ceiling and speakers. We contacted Restorations by Highmark and they quickly assessed the damages and how to restore our floors and fix the damages. They were prompt, thorough, and developed a plan and timeline to take care of the issue. All staff members were courteous, friendly, and professional. Restorations by Highmark was the General Contractor for extensive work in multiple rooms of my house. The work was really well done and they were very easy to work with. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. I would happily hire them again!

The work was supposed to be done in June, but we are still waiting. They often don’t show up when they say they will. Weeks will go by without any work being done. The supervisor was supposed to come out whenever work was being done, and that hasn’t happened. They have made numerous mistakes, which they are still in the process of correcting, leading to further delays. Working with Brandon and everyone from Restorations by Highmark was a superb home repair and remodel experience. In a driveway mishap, a vehicle struck the post between our garage doors, damaging stonework, siding, structure, both garage doors and much more. It was dangerous to be in our garage and, worse yet, my wife’s vehicle was trapped inside.
