If you use ur body hard and need someone who can really get into all the tension in your body Kelly is your girl! Don’t underestimate her strength she will help heal you so you are back to working hard as an athlete or just your daily activities of life. She will base her pressure she applies on what you need but also on what you can tolerate which I found great so each massage is personalized :-)
