Restoration Specialist called my company (Carson Plumbing) out twice back in June of 2024 to repair/cap some plumbing for a job they were working on. Cole is the one that contacted us to do the work. I have called/emailed/texted for 9 months and they have never paid me for my work. No explanation at all. Every time I've spoken with Cole, he's asked me to email the invoices and then he never responded. I've texted the invoices to his cell phone. Crickets. Obviously they don't care to pay me. These guys are Top Notch! When I had a water leak at my house, they were at my door the very next day with a plan! Was able to get on their schedule shortly after! Work was done in a timely, professional manner.
We called Restoration Specialists for a water leak that ruined some Sheetrock and carpet. They responded quickly and efficiently and did a great job. They were very helpful and returned phone calls and answered my questions patiently. I would definitely recommend using them.
