If you do not want additional heartache, do not use Restoration Relief. We had a major house fire,1 month after the fire our house looked as it did the day of the fire. No clean up had even started, when we asked when it would start, we were told it would be at least an additional 2 weeks, clean up should be done 5-10 after a fire. Our items sat in a wet, smokey and moldy house for over 3 weeks before being moved out, then sat an additional 3+ weeks in the storage facility, when we asked to see our contents, we kept getting ... read more
Three deep clean packages available plus covid19 specific cleaning.
We had to use them after a chimney fire. They were absolutely phenomenal and excellent to work with. Would absolutely use them again in a heart beat without question.
My bathroom on the second floor ended up flooding my kitchen directly below destroying my ceiling and floor. Restoration Relief came to my house the same day and got the process started immediately. They are very easy to get in touch with quick response time. They replaced my ceiling and wood floor and you can’t even notice it was ever damaged or replaced. Looks great. Highly recommended.

This company is professional, prompt, and thorough. They did a great job drying out my finished basement after flooding and sump pump failure. I would definitely recommend them!
Be careful. The actual work they did was fine. The estimate included cleaning. No cleaning was done. Estimate was still in same range quoted. If the estimate wouldn’t have included price I was quoted, I would not have had work done. Nothing they did, I couldn’t have done by visiting local rental store. Tried to save time by having them do drying and cleaning. Live and Learn. Either very deceptive or very bad at estimating. Neither is good for business.
These guys are great! Would highly recommend them to anyone!
