Dr Jacob's is a nice doctor who explains different outcomes and Michelle the lady running the place helps any way possible. They do have 1 rude Dr working there but thankfully won't and don't have to see him.

I have been coming to restoration recovery for a couple years, I've never had a bad experience at this place, I've never left after an appointment feeling upset. Doctor Jacobs is such an amazing doctor. She really cares about her patients and the well-being of us. The nurses, all of the staff, they're all wonderful people and they're all so nice and kind hearted. They make you feel comfortable and confident in recovery. David at the front desk always stays in touch and keeps me updated if there's a issue with my prescription... read more

I’ve only been a patient at restoration recovery for a few short weeks and I love this place in comparison to one other clinic I’ve been to in the Chattanooga area this place is a total 180 every one here is so kind and obviously understand unlike my other experience they’re dealing with ppl who have the disease of addiction they don’t treat you less than like it’s a moral issue. I love this facility, they make things easy for you, as far as appointments, prescriptions, and really anything you might need. they are always willing to work with their patients. anywhere else I've ever been for maintenance and counselling, there was always an issue, whether it was with insurance, or the NP's treating me less than, or on the other end in filling the prescription. RR works hard for their patients, they have done right by me for sure. :) they've helped make my recovery as stress free as possible.

Spent a day observing at Restoration Recovery, I was very impressed. Very professional doctors and NP's, but they were not cold and distant, they were very pleasant and gracious with the clients. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was bright and uplifting, I highly recommend anyone who is struggling with addiction or has family members struggling to give this place a try.
