We needed some remediation of water intrusion that was identified on a home inspection for the sale of our home. Chris was very prompt in getting out and educated in diagnosing the problem. He was even willing to talk our buyers through the issue and ease their concerns. Reasonable cost and easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend!

Chris was great and effective in treating our basement that sustained some water damage to our mechanical room and living room basement after a backup to our septic system. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He responded on a short notice when we experienced the problem.

Within 24 hours of contacting Restoration Pro 24 and explaining what happened, Dominic was on-site and checking out the affected areas. The communication on what needed to be done, the time frame to complete, and the overall promptness made things very easy and took a lot of the worry out of the equation.
