We were having a problem with sewage backup in the house, which escalated horribly. I called the restoration doctor after work hours since the sewage problem became sort of an emergency at the time, and they were quick. Not long after calling, they arrived with a lot of equipment and a crew of four. They did a lot of sewage cleaning, removed blockage, and fixed some damage to the sewer line. The entire repair happened pretty quickly. Im very happy with the service.

I had the help of the restoration doctor with preparing my house and avoiding future problems. I bought this house recently, but I found that it had a history of water infiltration during rainy weather and other weaknesses to hailstorms. My request was for them to check the weak spots and propose how to get the house prepared to endure the next rain and hailstorms. I had them working on and setting up the suggestions they gave me, and the house has not shown any of its past chronic problems ever since.

We had a huge sewage backup in our home and I thought my house was ruined forever. I dont wish this disaster on anyone. I mean inches of putrid water throughout the house. Thankfully I found the Restoration Doctor. He handled everything from the carpets, walls and furniture. A lot had to be disposed of and I didn't think I'd be able to afford fixing and replacing everything but they even helped with my insurance. The manager ***** was great and I recommend you ask for him if your in need.

My house got flooded because of sump pump failure. It was an emergency. I contacted the Restoration Doctor, and I was told they would not come until I signed a contract with them. They did the mitigation works such as drain water, cut the wall, remove floor and carpet. The work was done, but with some issues: 1.
