If I could give zero stars i would!!! I’ll say my counselor was perfect (Jessica Nettles) I had an appointment to see her November 1st which went great and then Monday I got multiple calls/emails from their billing lady (Kristen Eyler) saying my insurance didn’t go through and without proof I would have a balance of $170 but when we thought insurance was active, I told her I’d pay the $35 Friday on the 15th due to starting a new job and funds being low.
