This company is currently doing work on my neighbor's house without proper permits and also their contractor doesn't even have a valid license. Christopher Dunlap, licence is suspended. No wonder they only do work after 4pm and on weekends. They lied on the permit, it's all public information.

Revised: Work was not done well, had to pay a few hundred out of pocket to a skylight specialist to reinstall our skylight that had snow flurries blowing into our house. Chris was out promptly after a hail storm took out our skylight. Now when it comes to numbers, they’re deceiving and won’t provide written estimates for fixes until the work is done. Work was done well and Chris was out promptly after a hail storm took out our skylight. Now when it comes to numbers, they’re deceiving and won’t provide written estimates for fixes until the work is done. DO NOT advertise 24- hour emergency service and then not provide it. I called and the woman who answered said we don't usually come out in the middle of the night, then why do you advertise 24-hour emergency service so prominently all over your website!

Restoration Colorado Roofing was a great company to work with to restore my home back to its original condition. Even though their company name might imply only “roofing” they are a FULL SERVICE restoration company for both roofing as well as restoring ALL INTERIOR AS WELL AS EXTERIOR damage to your home! A large branch fell from my cottonwood during the May 2022 snowstorm and punched two wholes in my roof, and then snowmelt came through the holes the next day and found its way through my dining room popcorn ceiling.
