I came here specifically because of their Facebook ad for a $29 New Patient Special. The ad clearly says “Just $29 Includes” and lists the chiropractic consultation, health history, neurological scan, X-rays if necessary, and a personalized plan. When I first started care, I couldn’t look up without feeling a sharp shock of pain down my spine and tingling through my fingers. Over a year later, I can do it without that pain or tingling, and I’m so thankful for the progress I’ve made! This office truly makes me feel cared for. They’re always on time, accommodating with my busy work schedule, and are genuinely invested in their patients. I’m so grateful I found them!

Wow. Normally when you come across certain ads on social media, you get a little hesitant with certain specials. With a ton of body trauma and sudden pain in my back, I decided to check out this practice. And wow. I won’t go to any other place in DFW. From sweet Gracie the practice tech to the respectful and knowledgeable Dr. Jake, I felt I was definitely in the right place. Don’t trust the high google reviews on this one. I chose Restoration Chiropractic based on their high reviews, but that was a mistake. This place was a huge disappointment. I came here after moving away from a trusted chiropractor who always provided real relief. I always left there feeling so much better than when I came in. Not the case with Restoration Chiropractic. Staff is nice but they are pushy to make an appointment when my work schedule does not align with them. They also keep asking for my primary insurance which I gave them and they are trying to now bill me when they have my insurance and it should fully cover the costs, like they went over with me before.
