High marks for Restoration Builders, especially Mike Strickland. He kept me very informed all the way and there were no missed steps. Very honest and a man of his word. I had an excellent experience with Restoration Builders and Mike and would highly recommend. It's so difficult to navigate the roofing industry right now, especially in Florida. I was happy to see a trustworthy company in the marketplace.
We were hired as subcontractor by Mr. Frank Ruiz. He didn't pay us anything. He's owing about 2 months and doesn't answer the calls, messages or email. It's not serious and definitely not recommend to other subs. Avoid this kind of company.
Time Machine Contracting & Restoration has used Next GRC Roofing countless times with the same quality results. Residential or commercial repair or replacement they take the time and care to ensure the job is done right at a fair price. Highly recommend this company!
The guys came out promptly on the day scheduled and were extremely efficient! What was originally going to be a three day job was finished by 11am on day two! Cleanup was also excellent, I know it has to be difficult to find every nail after a total reroof but a week later I have yet to find a single one.
