These people came to my apartment recently, checking for mold I was told. They ripped the place apart, threw things randomly back in my closet and drawers and they damaged a piece of artwork I had just purchased. Total incompetence and lack of respect for other people's possessions. Do I have to give them one star???

This is a company who will go against the standards of practice that is required to maintain their license just to get work. I'm actually surprised that they're still in business..
Do not use restoration alliance after telling me they could do the work and help in my time of need then all of sudden they couldnt do the work because they were more concerned with covering themselves and not upsetting the management company then helping a client in desperate need. United Water Restoration's has been much better to deal with and their customer service is much better
