Floyd has done a fantastic job completing a restoration project from water damage from a major leak from the above unit at our 4-bedroom condo in the Woodlands in Knoxville! His crew was professional and their follow up to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction was appreciated. Would recommend Restoration 101 to others. This is the 2nd time we've utilized this company! Well Done Restoration 101!

I have used Restoration 101 for several jobs from minor repairs to complete basement remodels. They have fixed damage, replaced and upgraded my home that was far superior to company I used before them. Personally I loved how I could call the project manager and he would pick up the phone or call me back asap! This company really cares about doing a good job and they have a reputation for it.
