One of the worst experiences of my life. They quoted us $7,000 - $8,000 and then tried to charge us over $26,000! It took over 3 years to resolve!! The work they did wasn't even worth the 7-8 thousand, let alone over 26k.... That's High Way Robbery!
The team was very kind and professional. And from the first call they were super responsive. I would definitely recommend to others of my family and friends. I will keep their phone number for myself if ever in need again
These are the best humans in the entire world!!! Where can I even begin? I guess ill begin at the beginning: when my basement flooded unexpectedly one evening and we didn’t find the flood til 10pm. I turned to google and asked “what do you do when your basement floods at night?” And turns out the answer is to call the Restoration 1 team! They came out at 11pm and stayed til 2 am sucking up all the water and doing the initial work to start the drying process. from that day forward they were kind, professional, easy to reach, ... read more
