Dan was on-time, professional and courteous. He came out of Christmas Eve and back again on Christmas Day to check to see if things were drying out. He is very conscientious and saved the day!

I had a water line break and I came home to a completely flooded house. Restoration One was at my home in less than an hour to asses the damage and what necessary steps were needed for cleanup and repair. In 3 days kitchen area impacted was completely dry and repair work started immediately. The entire job was completed in 2 weeks and my kitchen looks as though nothing ever happened. Great customer service and workmanship. I would recommend and /or use them again in needed.
We came home from Sunday lunch with family to find our entire house flooded due to our refrigerator. Needless to say, we were extremely panicked. I had no idea what to do, and a google search lead me to Restoration 1. We called and they were at our house within the hour. From the moment Dan came in the door, he worked hard to put us at ease and keep us from completely panicking, while still being completely transparent about the damage. Restoration 1 came out to my rental property when we experienced water damage due to busted hot water heater. I called Friday morning and Dan came out almost immediately. He quickly worked to get the water out and dry the house with dehumidifiers. Took about 4 days to complete the work. Dan did a great job and was very reasonable dealing with our unexpected lack of insurance coverage. I recommend Restoration 1.
After our house flooded due to a storm, Dan was quick to respond after another big name company failed to keep an appointment. He worked hard to keep the cost and household disruption to a minimum and was out every day checking on the drying progress. His rapid response, attention to detail, and delightful personality has ensured that if, God forbid, my house should ever have water damage of any type, he and his company will be the first I call to get things taken care of rapidly, and most importantly, properly.
