We experienced disaster at our condo when we had two major water leaks/claims within 3 days. Restoration 1 inspected the property, and had the estimate to our insurance company within two days and they began the work. There was major damage to walls and floors. They were able to complete all of the work within two weeks. The work is top notch. They kept us informed on a daily basis about the progress being made.
