I have struggled with anxiety and depression for most my life. Procrastination and lack of focus have also been an ever-present challenge. After a few sessions of Nexalin I began feeling more grounded and experiencing more peaceful thoughts. After several sessions of Nexalin, the normal propensity toward anxiety and confusion has faded significantly. Now I have space to make a choice. Also, my sleep much deeper and more restful.
