RestoPros did an outstanding job from start to finish. They removed the contaminated wall, thoroughly cleaned and dried the space, and carefully investigated the source of the issue so I could address the repair with my own plumber. I cannot recommend RestoPro enough! My Sellers were in an incredibly tight spot - had a crawl space remediation that was left incomplete by another company (despite sellers paying in full), and we were days away from losing a real estate transaction. I have severe insomnia so I have been searching for any possible cause. Even though I have no signs of mold, an Amazon kit showed that I had different types of mold all around my house. I was blessed to have encountered Resto Pros and Josh came out and did a free inspection of my crawlspace which is a common source of mold. Apparently mold is ubiquitous in our environment but I don't have the severe black mold that would cause health issues. RestPros of Boise exceeded my expectations! Their team was professional, prompt, and incredibly thorough when handling our water damage. They communicated clearly every step of the way and treated our home with care. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.
Had a leak under the house that caused some small flooding. After getting the leak fixed, they came out and cleaned it and dried it up real quick. And gave us a good deal as well. Josh was very friendly and got the job done efficiently. Definitely recommend this place.
