I have been calling for two weeks since you announced you will be closing your doors on 01/31/25. There's no answer and when someone did finally pick up, they blatantly hung up on me. I need my child's medical records. You are no longer found on the patient portal so I can't request the records through there.
My son had his annual exam and COVID booster a few months ago as a new patient. The doctor was rushed, abrupt, and rude when I tried to ask her a question before she darted out the door. On top of that, they billed me for administering the vaccination - on top of the original charge for the vaccine - and my insurance wouldn't pay for their "fee". Unfortunately, after almost 5 years of going to Reston Pediatrics, I will have to find a new practice. When we first went we had Rui Rodriguez, who was amazing and had wonderful bedside manner. After he left, we would see V Patel, a nurse practitioner. I loved her as well but I think she, too, has left. Yesterday my 5 year old had his wellness appointment with Dr Mann, and because of her we will not be returning. It takes a lot for me to write a review… This place is going downhill. If you’re looking for a place to start your pediatric care journey, look elsewhere. I sat on hold for 60 mins today to make an appt (at 1pm) without having spoken to anyone. Are they open today, a Wednesday?? Update: They are now closed 1-2pm…would be great if they put that in their recorded phone message or put their phones to closed or something. I have been taking my kids here since they were newborns. Doctor Rodriguez was their doctor until he left few years ago but he was amazing. Now we have doctor Mann and she is also wonderful. I would definitely recommend them.
