Don't Hire these guys! The homeowner's association where I live hired Reston Painting to do work on our condos. One of the painters dropped a ladder on our air conditioning unit (which sits outside) crushing the top of the unit and denting the coils. First of all no one notified me of the incedent and secondly when I discovered the issue, I had to have someone come out to give me an estimate for repair. Unprofessional I called this company about installing a textured, paintable wallpaper for our nursery. I was told they needed to come for an estimate. Tom B., the Sales/Project Manager, showed up late, smelled of smoke, didn't shake my hand and when I took him up to the room he just looked at it and said he would have to talk to his wallpaper contractors. I asked if he needed to measure the wall and he said no. He told me I would hear from him via telephone or email. This was at least 3 or 4 weeks ago and I never heard anyth... read more
A little shaky... By the time that the job is complete their workmanship is pretty good; however, if you are in anyway concerned about the customer service aspect, then i would recommend that you mark them off of you list of potential prospects permanently. Their front line customer service could not be any more disgraceful: the personnel who answer the phone obviously do not have a bit of concern for their customers, or for their own job. Reston Painting We've used Reston Painting for years do to different kinds of work on 3 different houses. We recommend them a lot because they do really great work. Our neighbors was using another smaller company but their work was really poor and they never showed up on time and they are much happier with RPC. We had some major issues with the snow this winter and they had someone to our house in an hour of our call for help. Love these guys!
Still waiting for a schedule date I gave this company a 1/3 deposit 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for a schedule date (or even an idea of when the work will be scheduled) despite 3 phone calls. Answering of their telephone number seems to be random (1 phone call answered out of 4 attempts). Calls being returned seem to take a week. Will write a proper updated review if/when the work gets completed. Wish I had chosen a different company to deal with.
They did awsome I was referred to Reston Painting by a friend and I am Glad I went with them. Throughout the job they were helpful, knowledgeable, and the workmanship was great. I was told by there supervisor that they recently went through management changes which have made things alot smoother with the work they do.
