On a number of occasions, I stand and wait for someone to acknowledge me. I like most of what this place has to offer, good coffee and food, and I like to spend money at smaller, local spots. But it seems like the smaller coffee shops are getting a bit smug, perhaps they’ve lost the art of greeting a customer and have excellent service. Today, I walked away from the counter and enjoyed a coffee and my book at Starbucks l, just a stones throw away.

Cute coffee shop with a lot of parking and nice esthetics. My only issue is I went 2 days in a row and both times I waited over 15 minutes for my coffee because they never called my name out. Instead they called out the type of drink us ordered but since I was listening for my name I didn’t even pay attention to anything else, especially when they were calling everyone else by name. Very strange but nontheless it’s a cute shop. I just won’t be returning

The coffee, products, and space are all perfectly fine. The only issue is the service. The staff felt completely uninterested in customers. It often seemed like you were interrupting their conversations rather than being welcomed into a coffee shop. Ordering felt awkward, with very little warmth, engagement, or hospitality.

Coffee and acai bowl are very good. Some days expect to wait 20-30 min in line.
