I personally have known Melissa the owner of Restingminds LLC for many years and have seen her go above and beyond to help clients at Restingminds LLC. and even clients who are not doing services with her. Melissa works with her clinicians and providers and communicates with them as well as the clients to resolve the many issues that clients are experiencing and try to resolve and de-stress the situation and prevent hospitalizations. Alicia is one of the best therapists I have ever met. She is so understanding and compassionate about her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure that her client’s needs are met. I would highly recommend her as a mental health therapist. Additionally the office staff is extremely helpful and supportive. They are always quick with returning phone calls and texts. Very bad Services I needed help with them. They hung up on me and said they couldn’t hear me and I called back again and not only that they kept refusing services saying that I didn’t want services when I needed the services even if I didn’t want Services they should’ve helped me because I’m disabled And they failed to do so and they keep rejecting me and then asking me why do I want to cancel the services because of how I’m being treated as African-American discriminated against and I’m also suing them or getting an attorne... read more
