Every time I went on a Sunday morning it was so bad with crap 💩 smell and urine my spouses mother was full of urine said she has been waiting for hours to be changed was just there a couple days ago we stayed thru lunch to see how she was eating they never brought her no trey of food we asked her why she stated they just stopped bringing her treys and stuff they want come when she mashes light its a place that should be investigated sad 😔
Has a relative stay here for rehab. Great care, great staff. No complaints they did an awesome job.
The WORST. So disappointed in this place. I don’t know how they are able to stay open with such terrible care! Ghost town when it comes to needing help or anyone who works there. Everytime I walk in there, I’m shaking my head the whole time because it’s like nobody knows what they are doing or how to do THEIR JOB of HELPING these elderly people! Total disappointment! Just DON’T DO IT! Basically asking for your loved one to go down hill by placing them here!
Very disappointed their customer service this is a terrible place I would never ever even think about working here or putting my elderly anyone in this facility. Very rude staff they don't even deserve my time it has taken to write this review but I wouldn't want anyone else to waste their time by trying to contact these sorry people.
