Punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. Matt and Danny both came out and helped me out with a drainage issue that I couldn't figure out. After taking a couple minutes troubleshooting they quickly figured out the problem and had no problems explaining it to me in detail. Very satisfied, endless 5 star reviews don't lie. Won't be disappointed.
I'm not sure how they get such great reviews. I called, explained my problem (no hot water pressure in the shower, cold pressure only) and they sent someone out. When the guy arrived, I showed him the shower issue and he made 2 statements: "I thought I was here for a kitchen sink issue" and "We don't do that". I can understand the miscommunication but not the "We don't do that". I responded with "What do you mean you don't do that? You don't fix showers??" ResTech is great! I can usually unclog my toilets, but this last one was too much. Danny came over to unclog the "Mother of all Clogged Toilets". He came on time, was professional, and respectful. He was able to unclog it in a timely manner with no problems. I will be recommending ResTech to my friends and family. You bet I'll be calling Restech next time I need a plummer. Kevin

Matt, from Rez Tech , explained what they do to replace a water heater, including costs, warranties, and timeline. Matt was thorough, timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have complete confidence in his work and highly recommend him . The follow up service is a plus. You get what you pay for.
