Nice guys, very professional. Plumbing problems can become headaches and you never know if the problem you present will end up becoming a bigger headache. I appreciated the honesty and upfront pricing. Would recommend to my friends and family.
Matt and Chris came out today because my main line was clogged with roots... they pulled out a huge root ball (about 3 ft long)! When I originally called I explained I have an ongoing root problem and needed the cutter... Matt quoted me a price and even though my root was huge the price stayed the same... no hidden extras like I've had with other companies who quote low prices and then after the job tack on additions... They were honest and got the job done!!! Very happy! Awesome work guys!
I had a major sewer blockage, tub, shower and toilets all backing up. I checked the Yellow Pages and found Res Tech Plumbing and Drain. I called Matt and he sent Chris to check the drains. Chris found that the 3 inch main line was blocked. After explaining all of my options he cleared the line. Chris was very knowledgeable and had the line cleared and back in service in about 15-20 minutes (it was roots). I would definitely recommend this company for sewer problems. The estimate for the work more than fair. Good Job Chris.

Let me start this review by saying that 1.) I am an OCD/clean freak and 2.) my place has 5 different flights of stairs (seriously) and my water heater of course had to be located on the third floor inside a closet, inside the bathroom. Having said that, if you are looking for plumbers who does clean and professional work, Matt and Duane are the guys to hire!! Same day service! I had a clogged kitchen sink and my trap wasn't the problem. Danny and Matt were AWESOME! They diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it to me thoroughly. We called ResTech after having a really bad experience with MB Plumbing who (among other things) didn't show up for an appointment. ResTech was able to come out the same day a few hours later. Guy who showed up was cool and friendly. He wasn't able to completely fix our stopped up sink (because the machine to blast water through the pipes requires 2 people to carry and operate it), but he snaked it as a temporary measure and told us it'd only be 2 days until he could come back and get the whole thing done. Honest, Professional and On Time!!! After calling 8 different plumbing companies they were the only ones that answered the phone. None of the others even returned my calls. These are the only plumbers I will ever use or refer my clients to. Thank you both so much for addressing the issue and giving me a free quote along with your advice.
