BEWARE!!! This company employs technicians who are thieves! First off, I had been trying to contact them for over two months to remove equipment from a restaurant I recently took over. Their communication and customer service were absolutely terrible. When the technicians finally showed up on November 12 for the de-installation, I immediately felt something was off. Major delay in getting me unloaded, that's not the normal here. With a big delay I would like to thank Tay and Aaron. Both of these young men worked hard all day to find a resolution. And updated me frequently. This allowed me to communicate with dispatch on rescheduling my next load. I can't say enough about these two men. They represent this company extremely well and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you both for helping me salvage what could have been a very bad day!
