Today, around 1:30 PM (Sept 1), I picked up an order and realized that the drink and chips were missing. I called them to let them know. The manager told me it was my fault and that I should have known drinks and chips are located at the front. I am questioning how this place is managed if customers receive such answers. Let’s not forget that a manager is also responsible for the cleanliness and freshness of the food being sold.
