Stopped in with my brother-in-law last night for a bite after some beer tasting. We tried several dishes that neither of us had ever had before...Crispy Pig Ears, Gator Wings, and Frog Legs washed down with Elysian Chicory Amber. We were also offered a plate of grilled shrimp with pickled jalapenos that had somehow been prepared by mistake and followed it all up with some beignets. All was delicious and sitting at the kitchen counter watching everything come together was fun.
